The content of this website is provided by Aesthetic Allure for general guidance only. 

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aesthetic Allure. Aesthetic Allure offers this website, including all information, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

The information and any prices displayed on this site are current at the time of issue but may change at any time. All care has been taken that information on this site is correct. Aesthetic Allure employees nor associates do not accept any liability for errors or omissions contained in this site.

Whilst the information on this website is intended to be of general assistance, it is not intended as providing professional advice to any person or organisation. CONSULTATION & DEPOSIT BOOKING FEE

A non-refundable deposit of up to $100 is required for all consultations and bookings. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment package. 

Patients seeing Dr. Alexander Ha for any consultation will incur a deposit of up to $500, depending on the treatments selected. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment package.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required on the day of treatment, including treatment packages and bundles. We have several payment options available (Zip, Afterpay), with Eftpos being preferred. Treatment packages cannot be split between more than one person. If any pre-payment is made and Aesthetic Allure medical practitioners determine that you are not suitable for treatment, a full refund/credit note will be made available.

PAY AS YOU GLOW: AESTHETIC WALLET

Aesthetic Allure offers Pay As You Glow: Aesthetic Wallet as an optional system to support consistent treatment planning and ongoing care. This allows clients to contribute funds over time, which are held as treatment credit on their account for future use at Aesthetic Allure. It is designed to support a more structured and consistent approach to treatment planning.

Pay As You Glow: Aesthetic Wallet is not a payment plan, package, or pre-purchase of treatments.

Treatment Credit

All payments are allocated to your personal Aesthetic Wallet and held as treatment credit.
These funds:
– Do not represent the purchase of any specific treatment or prescription-only product
– Can be used toward treatments following consultation and clinical suitability
– Remain on your account until used

Using Your Wallet

Your wallet balance may be used toward eligible treatments at Aesthetic Allure. All treatments are subject to consultation and individual clinical assessment. Treatment recommendations and outcomes are based solely on what is appropriate and safe for you.

Payments

Clients may nominate a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly contribution amount. Payments are automatically debited via our secure payment system and allocated to your Aesthetic Wallet as treatment credit. A one-off setup fee will apply at the time of joining.

Flexibility

You may:
– Adjust your contribution amount at any time
– Pause your payments for up to 30 days
– Cancel your wallet at any time

A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for any pause or cancellation. Payments scheduled within this notice period will still be processed. Cancelling your wallet stops future payments only. Any remaining balance will remain on your account for future use. Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

Refunds & Account Use

As payments are converted into treatment credit, they are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered where:
– A treatment is deemed clinically unsuitable
– Required under Australian Consumer Law

If no suitable treatment or retail option is appropriate, a refund of the relevant balance may be requested. All requests are assessed in accordance with our policies and the Australian Consumer Law.

Clinical Integrity

Clinical recommendations are made independently of any wallet balance and are based solely on what is appropriate and safe for you. Participation in Pay As You Glow does not influence treatment decisions or clinical advice.

Validity of Funds

Treatment credit is intended for ongoing use as part of your treatment plan. As a guide, funds are typically used within 24 months of each payment. If you require additional time, please speak with us and we will work with you.

PAY AS YOU GLOW: LEGACY SKIN SUBSCRIPTION

These terms and conditions apply to existing clients currently enrolled in Aesthetic Allure’s previous Pay As You Glow Skin Subscription model. This option is no longer available to new clients.

Overview

The Pay As You Glow Skin Subscription was designed as a structured treatment package, allowing treatments to be completed over time through scheduled payments. Subscriptions are set to be completed within 12 months and do not automatically renew.

Payments

Payments are processed via secure weekly or fortnightly credit card transactions. A minimum deposit of $250 is required to activate the subscription, with the remaining balance paid in instalments over the agreed term.

Upgrades

Your treatment plan can be adjusted at any time. Additional treatments may be added to your subscription, with payments updated accordingly or settled at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your subscription during the agreed term, future payments will be stopped. Any remaining scheduled treatments associated with the subscription will be forfeited, and payments made up to the date of cancellation are non-refundable.

Refunds & Suitability

If a treatment is deemed clinically unsuitable, a refund or credit may be considered at Aesthetic Allure’s discretion, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Account Use

Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals.

Clinical Integrity

PRICE

Prices quoted on the day of your treatment are valid for the time your practitioner discusses with you at the time of consultation and will be discussed before any services are rendered. Deposit payments are non-refundable, but will be deducted from your treatment package cost. Gift cards, vouchers, additional treatments, offers, and complimentary treatments are not redeemable for cash. Prices for our products or services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

REFERRALS

A $20 referral credit is applicable to an existing client for all new referrals who undertake treatments with us (above $200 in total). These credits are available to use within a 12-month period and are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. You will also lose the deposit if you fail to attend an appointment. For appointments rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit payment will be transferred to secure your new appointment time.

These conditions may be waived in extraordinary circumstances and with direct communication with Aesthetic Allure. 

REFUND POLICY

It is important to note that any medical procedure has no guarantee of results and outcomes. Every patient is different, and no treatment plan is an exact science. At Aesthetic Allure, we make every effort to ensure that your aesthetic outcome is achieved. However, we can never guarantee the results of the treatment provided. As a patient of Aesthetic Allure, you acknowledge that there is no guarantee for any procedure performed in the clinic. As the treatment and the use of the product and time have been provided, no refund will be provided by any consulting doctor/nurse/therapist. This is non-negotiable.

ASYMMETRY

All faces are asymmetrical. Our doctors, nurses, and therapists will do their best to improve this. Follow-up appointments are vital in assessing the outcome of treatments and will be discussed in your consultation.

SUITABILITY FOR TREATMENT

Treatments vary from patient to patient and we may not always be able to treat you for what you have made a booking for. It is at the discretion of the practitioner as to whether they believe the patient is suitable for the treatment presenting. Our patient’s safety is our primary concern, and we will not treat if the patient is unsuitable for the procedure.

REVIEW OF PROCEDURE

A complementary review is offered 2 weeks post procedure. If you have any issues or concerns in the meantime, please call us on 0412 435 257 or email info@aetheticallure.com.au.

CEASING THE CLINIC-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP

We reserve the right to cease the clinic-patient relationship at any time. In this case, the patient will be offered an alternative doctor or clinic to continue their treatments. Abusive, aggressive or any behaviour deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated

VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

Virtual appointments are not to be recorded, shared, or published without prior consent from our clinic. All images, audio and video are the property of Aesthetic Allure.
