Tixel is a cutting-edge, non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment designed to address fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven texture while promoting collagen production for a firmer, more youthful appearance. Tixel uses controlled thermal energy to create tiny microchannels in the skin, stimulating the body’s natural healing response. This process enhances skin elasticity, smooths crepey areas, and reduces the signs of ageing, making it ideal for delicate regions such as the under-eyes, neck, and décolletage.
Unlike traditional treatments, Tixel delivers pure heat energy to the skin without lasers or needles, minimising discomfort and downtime. By targeting the deeper layers of the skin, it improves tone, texture, and overall skin health while maintaining a natural look. Tixel can also enhance the absorption of active skincare products, boosting their effectiveness.
Tixel treatments offer a range of benefits that address various skin concerns while promoting long-term skin health. By stimulating collagen production, Tixel helps reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and crepey skin, particularly in delicate areas such as the under-eyes, neck, and décolletage. It also improves skin texture and elasticity, leaving the skin smoother and more radiant. For those with acne scars, sun damage, or uneven pigmentation, Tixel provides a gentle yet effective solution, enhancing overall skin tone and appearance. With minimal discomfort and downtime, it’s an ideal option for achieving natural, long-lasting results without invasive procedures.
Our Tixel Treatments are exclusively performed in the clinic by our Cosmetic Doctor, Dr Alex.
The treatment typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on the treatment area. A topical numbing cream may be applied before the procedure to enhance comfort. The Tixel device is then applied to the skin, delivering controlled heat energy to targeted areas. Most clients describe a warm, tingling sensation during the treatment.
Depending on your concerns, different serums will be applied after your treatment to boost results.
Post-treatment, you may experience some redness and mild swelling, similar to a sunburn. This typically subsides within a day or two, allowing you to quickly return to your regular routine. Results are gradual as collagen builds over time, with optimal improvements visible within 2–3 months after your session.
After a Tixel treatment, it’s important to follow specific aftercare steps to support healing and optimise results. Avoid direct sun exposure and use SPF 50+ daily to protect the treated areas. Hydrate your skin with a gentle moisturiser and avoid active skincare ingredients like retinol or exfoliants for at least a week.
For the first 48 hours, refrain from high-intensity activities or heat exposure, such as saunas, to minimise irritation. Mild redness or swelling may occur but should subside within a day or two. Adhering to your clinician’s aftercare instructions ensures the best possible outcome and long-lasting skin rejuvenation.
